ErtheLink Facilitates Strategic Cooperation Agreement Between Saudi Arabia's MBM Group and Korea's PEC
Supporting Korea–Saudi business collaboration through Korean–English interpretation and cross-border partnership facilitation
ErtheLink, a company supporting international business collaboration, took part in facilitating discussions between Korea's PEC Engineering Consultants Ltd. and Saudi Arabia's Marei Bin Mahfouz Group (MBM Group) around their strategic cooperation agreement, signed in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on October 25, 2024.
The agreement was pursued to combine both companies' capabilities in Saudi Arabia's infrastructure and industrial development sectors and to build a foundation for identifying joint business opportunities.
Under the agreement, the two parties agreed to explore cooperation across a range of fields, including project management consultancy (PMC), infrastructure development, compact-car assembly, renewable energy, smart mobility, and energy storage systems (ESS).

It is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, with disputes to be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
